It wont stunt your growth but it would be best to wait another year or two until your body is more developed because you are much more prone to injury at your age.

Use light weights and lots of repetitions. You should not be sore when you finish. If you are, you are working the muscles too hard.

A good cardiovascular workout will provide much more benefit. Getting your heart rate up a few times a week will help you more than trying to bulk up. Let your muscles figure out what they are before you try to increase them. With a good cardio system in place, you will be healthy and fit once your muscles are ready (for whatever body type you have).

If you really wan to work out hard, consult with a professional. Either your general practitioner doctor or a trainer at a health club. Most weight centers will not even let kids in the weight rooms (accompanied or not) until they are 14.

Good Luck!

It depends on what kind of exercises you are doing. You shouldn't be working with any weights that would be heavy for you or anything that you might struggle with.
