I think it's 103 bhp standard but for £499 you can boost it a further 30bhp

Depends on the version.
420D, 420SD, 420SLD had a 86PS (84bhp) non-intercooled 2.0-litre Rover L-series engine.
420Di, 4200SDi, 420SLDi and 420GSDi had a 105PS (103bhp) intercooled version of the same engine, with an electronically-controlled injection pump.

there is no such thing as BHP . you should ask what is the HP of the vehicle and i dont know the answer.
