My mom bought me a skort (shorts/skirt hybrid) and insists that I look cute in it because of my legs (mine are almost pure muscle while Mom's legs are somewhat flabby which is the reason why she wears capris all the time instead of skorts).
I'm not into them but I'll wear them because they're comfy, however, are they the "in thing" in fashion? No one can tell I'm even wearing shorts underneath, tho.

hey think about it this way maybe you can start a new trend you dont have to look like everyone else. Its cool to have and dress unique. and if the things are comfortable well that is a plus dont you think?

i know everybody is telling you to wear what YOU want but if you are asking this question, then you obviously might take what we say into consideration before you wear the skort. so im just gonna answer your question honestly. skorts are soooo out of fashion. but, if no one can tell there are shorts underneath, then its ok. it would be a different story if you could actually see the shorts.

This is2007 you wear what pleases You.Don,t worry about opinions.They are like butts everyones got one~if you like them they look good- feel good- Wear them ! Make a fashion statement .Where you live.You start a new trend in fashion..You,ll be surprised just How Many New Fresh fashions have been started by this one leap of faith... they arn't realle "in" for teen girls, cuz these days some girls dont bother to wear anything at all underneath their mini skirts
soo if its a skirt u like cause its cute or looks good then wear it! no one knos its a skort unless they look underneath the skirt!
other than that, everyone will just think its a mini skirt , and mini skirts are in this summer

Short skirts are defiently in, so if you can't tell that there's shorts underneath (or if having the shorts underneath makes you more comfortable)-I'd say it's perfect for you.

The way I see it, it doesn't matter if it's in or not. If you like it, wear it! Maybe you can start a trend, and if it's comfy, I'd say wear what you want. You're your own person. :)

they arent that in..but if u cant see the shorts (like they way you can in little kids school uniforms) then they should be fine. i wouldnt worry if they were in or not...it doesnt matter what other people think as long as u think they are cute.

im not a big fan. but if it just looks like a skirt, and you feel comfortable in then, then thats all that matter. but from a purely fashion perspective, deffs not in style.
