I like skirts better because they make my legs look thinner. When I wear short shorts, then it makes my legs look huge, but when I wear a short skirt my legs don't look as big.

The Shorts, They are easier for the Summer. I got the shorts and skirt. I only got complemented on the shorts. Get the shorts.

Honestly.. it depends on how old you are.. Dont be offended.. but.. im 26 years old. I think its inappropriate for younger (15 or so.. and younger) to be wearing such revealing clothing.. It might look "hot" to your friends and boys your age.. but.. there are some wierdos out there.. that are 21+.. that also think thats "hot".. and thats not right.. I think females should respect their bodies a lot more.. showing more skin.. doesnt make a girl more attractive... but.. if you were like.. closer to my age.. id suggest the shorts.. :)

Both are fine. Personally I don't like wearing shorts so I'd go for the skirt but if you are comfortable in both then choose either.
