how do i delete my aol acount?

aol is messing up my computer so i switch to yahoo but i have to delete my old one

Right click on the icon and choose "delete".

Go into the Settings menu into Add/Remove programs, choose the AOL program and delete it.

You can also go through some additional bits and peices, but as long as you are not connecting to the net through AOL but a local Provider, you should be fine.

you right click hit delete but it took my computer like a week to delete the entire thing

remove anything that says aol or aim.
