They always tell you they are leaving their wife,it almost never happens. Time to realize that you were just a little recreation on the side for him. When it came down to it,he made his decision. It hurts,I'm sure, but it is never a good idea to get involved with a married man, this is what happens 95% of the time.
There is no basis for a lawsuit unless you have documented proof of the money he owes you. If not, move on and let them alone. It would not be in your best interest to cause any trouble for them.

A lawsuit? Because you helped him cheat on his wife? Get real. His promises to leave his wife are unenforceable as against public policy. And guess what? Odds are, even if she hadn't become pregnant, he never was going to leave her for you. And if he did, would you think the woman he cheats with next should be able to sue him? He owes you nothing except the money he borrowed. Maybe you've learned your lesson.

Law suit? Are you serious? I consider that justice.
Besides...She actually did you a favor. Don't forget, his current wife was all flowers and chocolates in the beginning too. What makes you think that he would be true to you if it worked out that way?

Most misunderstood fact of cheaters...
They aren't attracted to the other PERSON, they are attracted to the OTHER person. No matter who they are with, there will always be that OTHER person. Even if they leave and go to the one they cheated with, they are not content, they will go find another "OTHER".

Cheaters are like smokers, they never "quit" , they always have the urge, and they either just don't have one for a while or get better at hiding the habit.

sure, that's obtainable for a guy and lady(who're no longer THAT involved in one yet another anymore) to be at the same time purely for the infants. specially situations, whilst my mothers and dads get into extensive arguments over some thing stupid and little, i ask your self what might take place to my be certain's courting if my sister and that i did no longer exist. advantageous, maximum mothers and dads love one yet another, yet i will guess you one important rationalization why they're nevertheless at the same time is for the infants. and that's surprisingly comprehensible, with the aid of fact that any sturdy be certain might want their newborn to have a daddy and a mommy. As for the 2nd question, the married guy in all probability feels an obligation to stay married to his spouse(for the infants) even nevertheless the marriage is now uninteresting, and to repair the 'uninteresting' element of his existence, he gets exhilaration from the lady who he's in an affair with. even nevertheless i understand each newborn ought to be waiting to enhance up with a mom and a dad, i think of he ought to divorce his spouse if he's going to maintain persevering with with the affair. this is greater effective than having her or the infants come across his secret affair.

I hope this is a joke. But if it's not, as others have said, YOU are the one who can be sued for alienation of affection. YOU alienated the husband's affections from his wife in the eyes of the law. My attorney boss has won alienation of affection cases several times. It didn't matter what kind of empty promises the cheater had made to the other offending party.

Next time, leave other women's husbands alone.

Who are you wanting to sue--him or his wife? Regardless you have NO rights to sue either one of them, EXCEPT for the right to sue him for the money he owes you. So, can you PROVE he owes you money? Which means proving not only that you gave him money, but that he agreed to pay it back (it wasn't a gift). If you can’t prove it, you won’t win.

On the other hand, if you live in the U.S. and you live in a state that allows 'alienation of affection' (stealing a spouse's affection) or 'criminal conversation' (sleeping with someone else's spouse) lawsuits, then his wife can sue YOU.

Messing around with a married man is absolutely NOT worth it.
The mere fact that he would cheat on his wife only proves that he will do it to you, too. I guess his getting bored was bound to happen..... after all, he must have been bored with the first. Maybe he is insatiable, and a loser. Chalk it up to a learning experience, forget trying to get revenge and shake the dust off, get someone worth having and just let him whore around. You can still be happy; he probably never will be!

I would think his wife has much better basis for a lawsuit against you. My Gawd, you were doing something you knew was wrong, with a person that had absolutely no integrity, that lived a lie for 3 yrs, and now you are shocked that it didnt work out?

are you kidding?

You and he broke the laws of adultery. If a man is cheating on his wife, how can you think he has any integrity to keep any promises he made to you?

Now, I can totally understand how you must feel - mad, betrayed, used, mentally abused. This guy is a total jerk!

You don't want a man that will cheat on his wife - even if its you he is cheating with.

Actually you can be sued for alienation of affection. Marriage is a legally biding contract that you interfered with.

You have no legal recourse, if anything you should feel lucky the wife has opted not to sue you.
