If the fry would have a lot of places to hide, then you can leave them in the tank. That's what I do with my guppies. But if you don't think that it's adequate, then you can put them both in the same breeder tank.

That depends on how many babies you want to try to keep. First question: Do you have tank space for 20-30 more adult Mollys? If not, what are you going to do with them? If you haven't got something you can do with them I would leave the females in the tank and let nature take it's course. You will probably have a few to survive.

Mollies are VERY productive when giving birth - sometimes up to 60 fry at one time. It's hard to avoid getting mollies without getting molly fry later. Once a female molly mates, she can become pregnant again for several following gestation periods, and each time she could give birth.
I have actually had two fry - one platy, one molly - survive in my main aquarium, but to be on the safe side remove the two fish and put them in a separate tank. Once they give birth, put the mollies back in the main tank, raise the molly fry with liquid fry food or even the same food you feed your other fish, and once they're big enough you can either sell them to your petstore or friends or introduce them to your tank. Good luck!

Mollys are not like guppies or platies they dont eat their frys. There are great parents. so dont bother to separate them. Dont worry that other mollys will eat the baby’s you got only to feed them well then they dont even look at the babys.

I would leave them where they are. Some of the babies will get eaten, but the mom and dad will try really hard to protect the rest. Just let nature do what it wants to do.
