You could try this website http://www.inc.com/articles/1999/10/14610.html

Also talk to a Lawyer see what they have to say, and also which type of corporation you should start. Each has its +'s and -'s.

Prob cost between 300 and 1200, depending on the lawyer, or if you do it on line, what type of set up you get. Also ask your lawyer friends for referrals, this way you can actually get some good lawyers, and since you were referred, you can try to ask for a lower hourly rate. Just some thoughts, hope this helps.

Also if you want to put yourself on the web, Contact me at PuneetMehrotra81@gmail.com. I work for a web design company as a marketer, so we could def. help you out. Get you a really nice website, where you can showcase your talents.

I wouldn't start a corporation without a lawyer. There are too many fine details.

Look in your phone book under lawyers and start calling. Ask them the fees and pick one. If you know other business people in your area, ask for a referral.
