Be thankful its only on your right side! I get cramping pain aches whatever all over.... lol... it hurts to get up from bed...even to a sitting possition. My doctors said all the pain aches etc around your sides abs and lower is your body shifting preparing you to have the baby. so although it sucks.. its a good thing because your body knows what it is doing to deliver your baby safely!

More than likely it is how the baby is positioned in the womb. My daughter sat on my siatic nerve (forgive the spelling - I felt the pain, but I never had to spell it) for two weeks, and I think it was almost worse than labor.

I think its is actually. Alot of women get sayatic nerves when pregnat because of the weight of the baby ect on your body.
