I would have to saw that the most abundant example of material of the Earth is D) hydrocarbon.

If fact it is UHMWPE, polyethylene with a molecular weight numbering in the millions, usually between 3.1 and 5.67 million

Depends on the size of the molecule ! Although Protein chains are very long and hence have large mol. wts, a linear hydrocarbon can theoretically stretch infinitely.

usually it would be a Protein Chain although a hydrocarbon can have infinite value to n,at any specific value of n,the protein,if it exists will have a greater molecular weight.
