Does this rash look like something contageous? I used a bathroom in San Francisco...but I didn't think I'd come away with THIS...thoughts?

OHMYGOODNESS! I have the exact same rash. Were you in the woods at all? Did you eat raspberries? I went to my doctor and she gave me a salve but it doesn't work for this particular rash. HELP!!!
