The most interesting topic is the Chemical Mechanisms involved in Organophosphates(nerve gas, using examples of Sarin or PAM); and physiological reactions in the body at the neuromuscular junction and the nerve synapsis, which cause by this gas a halt in the regeneration of acetylcholine by acetylcholinesterase resulting in Tetany.
