I found out at 17 weeks, but I think 16 weeks you will be able to tell. Ive heard of women that have found out that early before. It mostly depends on the baby and the position, but even then dont worry much because they move around alot in there. You should be able to get a good peek. Goodluck ;-)

A dr can usually tell at about 16 weeks so if you are due for an ultrasound you should be able to know. But I have done the finding out of the sex and element of surprise and I think you should wait on the surprise because though my dr's have been right on the times I wanted to know but... my brother got an 80% chance he was having a girl and the baby came out to be a big fat boy!!!

Usually you have to wait till about 20 weeks of pregnancy, because the male and female fetus look to similar to each other to tell apart. You might want to try a 3d/4d ultrasound , that would probably be more accurate then the regular 2d. You are probably so exited and anxious to find out that is how i was.
GOOD LUCK

My doctors always sent me for an ultrasound at 20wks and they were always accurate when they told me the sex of my babies! I have a soon to be 3yr old boy and my daughter will be 1 on the 26th of this month and I think that I am 6weeks pregnant. I find out today! Good Luck

16 weeks with a REALLY REALLY GOOD ultrasound tech... and 18-20 weeks if you want a definite answer. You might have to pay for an ultrasound at 16weeks because typically the half way ultrasound isn't don't until 18-20 weeks. Good Luck!

Sometimes they can tell this early but usually a 19-20 week ultrasound is more accurate.
Much depends on how the baby is positioned when they do the ultrasound.

Usually this is too early to be able to be certain of the baby's sex. I remember my doctor telling me i had boys with both of my girls but it was because it was too early to know for sure. I found out between four to five months with both.

between 18-24 weeks is when they check the sex if you want it. That is a normal u/s check. Also alot of mothers have a feeling. I had a feeling i was having a boy and when my boyfriend and i went in for our check she said it was a boy. Although my bf wanted a girl.

16 weeks is the earliest, but I would wait until your 19 -20 weeks. Also it depends on how the baby has it's legs positioned...cross your fingers that they aren't crossed.
