"WITH" should be included in the list. it is a ready substitute for other words and phrases.
ham and eggs or ham WITH eggs.
i agree or i'm WITH you.
it's done or it's over WITH
i paint using a roller or i paint WITH a roller. i could go on WITH this but won't so as not to get tedious WITH it
