How to duplex print on Ricoh printers with mac?

How do I get the Ricoh AP3800C printer to print w/ duplex on mac osx using things like quark, etc?

Does your printer have the OPTIONAL duplex unit attached ? If so tell the driver this and then use teh DUPLEX function within it.

I'm sure the instruction manual the printer came with will have more detail though.
