1. Never.
2. Whenever a woman chooses to have one.
3. Whenever a woman's life is at risk from the pregnancy.
4. Whenever conception occurs as the result of a rape (includes incest) -- police report must be filed.
For the purpose of this question, a woman is defined as a female in her child-bearing years regardless of whether she is a minor or an adult.

My overall opinion is this:
Women can choose what they feel is right
that is if killing a child is the right thing to do.
The child has organs at 3 weeks... heart, brain
I know of 2 women that were told their baby was malformed & would not survive long out of the womb- Now the babies are alive & thriving... 2 years old & 20 years old.
