Having had encounters with them throughout my life I can tell you. They are like anyone else you might meet. I've had encounters as a child. In Vietnam. Hitchhiking to name a few. They come into your life for a moment, they say something or do something profound and in the blink of an eye they are gone. Then it hits you what just happened and they are nowhere to be found. But the memory of the moment never leaves you!

The times when an angel talked in the Bible was :
to 1) Virgin Mary
2) Daniel
3) Father of John the Baptist
I guess they sound like any other human being.
Mostly they are the doer of the voice of the Word.

I think they don't talk like us but the way they communicate with us if we're attuned to them is through telepahy..but I don't know 100%....
their energy is so fine & pure that it's overwhelming for us if we haven't purified ourselves enough or raised our energy vibratio high enough to reach them..

Angels are imaginary.No body has seen them.Seeing or hearing angels may be hallucinations or minor mental disorder.It requires psychiatrist help.

But from a guess, they sound like us? But we can't hear them.
