your best bet is to ask around with friends / family to see if anyone knows a plumber because if you call someone to come do it it's going to be around $60.00 just to come out and then so much for labor..
My husband is a plumber and he does stuff on the side all the time for under half of what he'd charge if he was on the clock.

Since it is mostly labor, it would depend on local labor rates. Takes about 3 hours. Parts include a valve and connection to the hot water supply line. Electrical wiring if it needs to be hardwired. Water supply tubing (usually copper) and a dishwasher tee that goes into the sink drainline. Probably looking at a couple hundred dollars.

Sears charges $140 including delivery & take away,with a new waterline.For standard installation.Thats tough to beat.These are Los Angeles prices, may be different elsewhere but Sears is reasonable

$75 (just to replace existing one) plus some extras like travel time, carting off old unit, etc
