Ok just yesterday I did weights. I was curling 16 pounds for each arm. I thought that the weights weren't that heavy. After I did weight my left arm where my elbow is hurt like hell. I trouble making my arm straight but my right arm it wasn't sore at all. So is that normal what I have experienced.

Also I write with my right hand so my right hand is slightly stronger.
