Sun and Mars in Libra, I think. When other pretty women are around, I feel really insecure, almost to the point of "crawling under a rock" and sometimes slightly irritable, even if my husband isn't paying them the least bit of attention. Sometimes, I even kind of find a way to cover myself up because I am ashamed.

romulus, maybe you should as your heavenly father for forgiveness for being a jerk

I don't really get irritated with him. Like I said, I pay attention to see if he's looking a lot, and he really doesn't. My dad always had a wandering eye, kind of, so I learned to discretely watch for this. I just get kind of snappy because I feel stressed. I don't remember the name of the answerer who said this, but I, too, think "must be nice to look like that", but it's no reflection of my husband's behavior.

Sara G,

Sun is debilitated in Libra and as the Sun rules your ego and self-confidence, the debilitation lessens both to some degree (other chart factors have to be considered, of course). If the Sun and Venus are nearly conjunct, and the Sun happens to be a malefic for your ascendant (I don't know without birth details), the Sun/Venus conjunction would make you feel awkward and ashamed as Venus represents beauty and you would feel inferior.

It's better to remind ourselves that we are perfect as we are and your husband loves you. We can't all be the "best looking" or "richest" the list of wants is endless. Try to practice being content with what you do have and spend 5 minutes a day doing nothing but giving thanks and appreciation for everything good in your life, no matter how inconsequential.

Matt

I don't think that is really typical of a Libra. I'm a Libra and I don't feel this way. Maybe you are just feeling a little in secured! Be more courageous and have more confidence in yourself. In this way you'll be prettier than those "pretty" women. I mean, everyone is pretty in her own ways isn't it? Good luck!

I think we all have those moments of inferiority. I think, however, that that might be an issue inside yourself. I know because I have felt that way from time to time. I think that the way to counter-balance that one is to look at your good qualities, and to see yourself for those qualities.

And to you, "romulus.... you ARE a jerk! Maybe YOU should grow up.
