1. 48X CD-RW Drive

This is an optical drive which is capable of reading, wrtiting and re-writing CDs. 48X is most probably the read speed of the drive, i.e. the speed at which it would read the contents of, say, a music CD.
CD-RW means CD-Re-Writer, which tells you that the drive can write data on blank CD-R (recordable CD) and also re-write (write new data) a CD-RW (re-recordable CD)

2. 128 MB USB Memory Key

USB memory devices are compact storage solutions which have small to medium storage capacity. They can be attached to your PC (even when the PC is still operating) via the USB (Universal Serial Bus) port. Data can be written onto and read from USB storage media, at relatively good speeds. It is the sort of thing you carry around with you, with your important data like your resume', your favourite music tracks and stuff. 128 MB is the capacity of the USB storage device, which can store something like a 40 music tracks.

3. 3.5" Floppy Drive

This is a drive which reads 3.5" floppy disks, which can store 1.44 MB of data in it. Floppy disks and drives are a thing of the past, since today's storage requirements are way beyond the capacity of floppies. Also, floppy disks are prone to damage and corruption and have low durability. But they still come installed with PCs.

4. 80 GB Hard Disk

Hard Disk (also called hard drive) is a magnetic storage device that usually sits inside your PC case (internal hard disk) and stores your Operating System (Windows, for example) and other data like programs, games, music, movies etc. Hard disks read and write data at very high speeds, and the data transfer rate is high because they connect internally to the computer using high-speed interfaces.
There are also external hard drives, which can be attached to the PC via the USB ports, and can hold large amounts of data. External hard disks have lower data transfer rate and read/write speeds than internal ones. But they are very rugged and can be moved around with you.
80 GB is the capacity of the hard disk, which is pretty low by today's standards. Most new PCs have a minimum of 160 GB of storage nowadays.
