What can I expect from you as a manager?

If I worked for you, what would your management style be?

What it the potential for growth withing the company?

What are the opportunities for additional training/educational classes?

Just don't ask about money or benefits just for the sake of asking a question. Save that if they offer you the job. Good luck!

Hmm ask them a little more about the company and what they hope to achieve in the future. I really can't think of anything else at the moment as I have a headache and it's pretty much distracting my thought process.

Always make sure you ask about opportunities for advancement, but also be ready to respond when asked what you would be willing to do to advance - like going back to school. Also ask about benifits - like health insurance. And, more than anything, be ready to answer the question - how would hiring you be benificial to this company?!
