Alright...I had sex last night and it was kind of rough and when I woke up this morning I found that the base of my penis hurt and even moreso during an erection.

Is this something really serious or am I just simply sore and it will go away like any other muscle strain?

Alright I'll elaborate more on the issue..

Theres no swelling,I can still urinate,I can still get a full erection and maintain it,However when in that state its painful to even touch.

Theres no discoloration either which would hint at bruising.

~If you used a condom, I would say it is just soreness. Give it a rest for a while.~

Wow, that really sucks. It does sound like they took off too much skin and your circumcision is too tight, especially since your scrotal skin goes halfway up your shaft (creating something called "webbed penis"). There's only really two ways of fixing/curing this. One is surgery to loosen the skin, which may/may not help much. The other is to stretch the skin so that over time it's looser. The latter can be achieved without surgery, but it'll take you several months to see an effect. Basically, you have to stretch what skin you have on your penis regularly so that over time it loosens up. This is the same idea as non-surgical foreskin restoration, where you'd loosen the remaining skin on your penis over time such that it stretches into a foreskin. Obviously you don't have to that far if you don't want to, but it sounds like you should definitely consider loosening what skin you currently have so that erections are more comfortable and masturbation/sex is a bit easier. The 1st link is a diagram showing the different "indices" of skin so you know what you have to start with and what you may want to aim for. Links 2-4 are for various methods of manual stretching with tape. Links 5-8 are for various devices you can eventually use to help speed things along once you have a little more slack in your skin. And lastly, links 9-10 are forums and a blog for other resources/support. Again, these are all geared towards non-surgical foreskin restoration, and it's okay if that's not what you want. But those same techniques will help you loosen the skin you do have so erections won't be painful (and allows your erections to reach their max size without discomfort). Consider it. It takes a lot of time, patience, and persistence to get results - several months at least (a few years if you're going to keep going for foreskin restoration). But that's the best answer to your problem at hand. Best of luck!

Ummm... don't worry, if as you affirmed yours just was a wild action the pain around the pubis is normal now. Evidently you've hit continuously the bones of her pelvis!

To be sure, consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you proper medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck!!
