yes, it's so frustrating! Yet we don't procrastinate on P&S thus showing that we DO have control over procrastination!

ya this is totally me. i think abt doing it all the time but i never actually do it. I spent years thinking abt going to the gym. it did occur to me if i just get up and do it, then i would be so fit but im just thinking abt it, i think its easier to think then do. so lazy!
