I'm a red sox fan...Curt's fastball was topping out at 89 yesterday lol...that's a little scary coming from their ace...hopefully he's just going through a funk...and Lugo needs to do SOMETHING, especially during these away series...Atlanta, San Diego and Seattle...they lose the DH the first 2 series so Lugo needs to step it up

Illinois teams have been crammed down my throat my whole life. I hate them. (Well, the White Sox are all right. Here they are the underdogs to the Cubs and Cardinals.) I grew up liking The New York Yankees AND the Boston Red Sox. I've always been jealous of you folks out there who can get to both stadiums. Your rivalry used to be a lot more friendly, but still it's great. 2004 was one of my favorite post seasons thanks to the Red Sox. I hate George Steinbrenner, which is why I have room in my heart for both teams. Oh, and a couple of other long-lived franchises I have a great respect for are the Pittsburgh Pirates (shameful how baseball has let them slip into a AA team) and the St. Louis Cardinals (well, you can't help but respect their fans!)
So, I guess both Red Sox and Yankee fans hate me, but I love both teams.

The Angels are my team but I love the Red Sox. Mainly because I know that they will pound on the Yankees. The Red Sox are more gritty and fun to watch. Watching the pretty Yankees is like watching "Americas Top Model" or whatever that dumb show is. GO SOX!!.
