Not long I would say a week tops. It does depend on the situation though. They would understand if you were sick or something of that nature

I'm climbing the walls, walking around with a flagpole in my pants and getting ready to mount the cat or a hole in the wall after about 5 days.
Sir Plankton needs those special flavors, textures and womenly scents to relax and unwind. Cure my craving and I'm as fresh as a new pair of underwear.

The fact is we can last a lot longer then you think especially if we masturbate regally..But there usually is a reason if we go that route.
