Would it be possible?

Yes, the valves for a bicycle's inner tube and a tire's valve stem are the same.

However a bicycle tire is small and thin, a car's tires is much thicker and it takes a lot of work to fill it if you are using a manual bicycle pump. The electric pumps they sell for about $40 work on both car tires as well as bicycle tires.

Yes, you can.

Other people here have already mentioned that you only have about 30 psi pressure in a car tire, versus 60 psi or 120 psi for bicycle tires.

For every psi of pressure that you add to the car tire, you'll only need several strokes of the handle on a typical 2-foot long bicycle pump. So for minor pressure adjustments, a bicycle pump gets the job done fast.

Sure it in possible my bicycle runs 125psi and more. the car is 35-45 psi. my bicycle pump can pump up to 160 PSI.

The issue is a bicycle pump only puts in a little air at a time because bicycle tires are small vs a car tire. So it will work but it will take a while to fill the car tire.

OMG!!! NO YOU CAN'T You will start to put air in the tire and yes air will go in but once you get to a certain point you won't be able to put any more air in because the air pressure is too great. You got a 2000 pund car pusing down trying to squeeze all the air out and you just cant compete with a bicycle pump. Go to your local gas station and pay the 50 cents to use their air. Or go to your local auto parts store and buy a small air compressor for the tires.

sure, i do it. when i need air i use the bicycle pump, because i have to go a good piece to get to a gas station, and i dont want the tires heated up too much, so i get the tire pump out and my trusty tire guage.

I've done it, but it took a long time, consider that a car tire could be 40-50 times the volume of a bike tire.

you sure can,but it will sure take a while, and you won't be able to get so full, cause the mass of the tire on a car is so much more than the bicycle, its like trying to haul two tons of fertilizer in a one ton truck...

Sure, how much time do you have? I'd jack the car up so the tire is off the ground, it will make it easier.

its almost impossible because you cant shoot enough air in to it to get it to seat down if its broken the seal on it,if it just needs air in it you can do it but its going to take a while,an its going to be hard to do also, good luck with it,you,ll need it .
