A varmint of some kind chewed a small hole in my pushmower's primer bulb.

Primer bulbs are generally held in by an internal snap ring. You need to remove the snap ring ( snap ring pliers are best) take out the old bulb, put in the new one and replace the snap ring. Should be able to get a replacement bulb at your local small engine shop, they are not expensive.

Since there is gas inside it, not much will work to repair it. Buy a new one at a mower repair shop or Big Box store. Mine go bad after a couple years from the sun and drying out.

Remove the old one, they are usually held in with a spring clip or a plastic ring. Take the old one and the model number from the engine to the small engine shop. They are about $5.00.
