the same thing? i'm very confused. i was looking for a place to buy mugwort. and found this site: http://www.botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/m/mugwor61.html

and it refers to it as st. john's plant....they're not the same thing are they??

No, mugwort and St. John's wort are two entirely different plants. St. John's wort is a herb used to treat depression and mugwort, aka artemisia, is in the herb family but only used for fragrance. It is a soft silvery shrub that grows about 2ft high and mound to an impressive 10ft wide if not trimmed back.
