Why is that some people even in our conutry deny or think that women doesn't or sohuldn't have rights?

I would like to know why sexism still exists and why the government odesn't seem to be doing more.

The laws are based on no prejudice based on race, sex, religion, age, or creed. The government isn't supposed to step into every single little situation. But if you have a major problem, then take it to court.

And people like the woman below who make fun of your use of spelling while she uses terms like "a good many men" makes you realize why we don't jump every time a woman whines.

I think intimidation, more and more it is being proved that women are strong and self saficiant. I think there is still that strugle to keep things how they used to be, but society and the way things are, things can't be the way they used to be, things like living, costs to much and more and more marriages fail leaving single working mothers. Women do have rights, and it is a loosing battle for people who try to over look that these days.
