No, happy is an adjective. Adjectives don't have plurals in English.

Happy is an adjective. Adjectives do not have plurals in English. In French however the adjectives take the plural. Only nouns have plurals in English.

Happiness and Knowledge are the two things which are multiplied when divided!

nope, no plural
happy is an adjective, and if you use it do modify a plural noun, it is still happy!
(I'm a happy camper - they are happy campers!)
