Third favorite is Elizabeth from Pride and Prejudice.

Andy Sipowicz played by Dennis Franz on "NYPD Blue" - unfortunately, the show went off the air a couple of years ago, after being on for 12 seasons, reruns are sometimes ran though....He was a character full of personal issues & he would rage & stir up problems, but then be the one to always defend the underdogs & admit when he was wrong & he loved hard....a walking contradiction of a character & worthy of applause for the brillant acting he did on that show....
