I feel that wearing a one-piece swim suit all day, using it as my undergarment is more comfortable. I often wear under my clothing even when I am not swimming just for the comfort of wearing it.

Do you all do the same and do you all think it is advisable to do so?

I wouldn't say many people would wear a one piece swimming costume routinely all day instead of normal underwear.

Swimsuits are usually made of synthetic material that is thicker than normal underwear and will cause you to sweat.

Ideally, for health reasons you should wear cotton underpants or light synthetic undies with a cotton gusset.

Wearing your swimmers all day every day will likely result in an infection or irritation after awhile, as your skin and intimate areas will not be getting any fresh air.

Do you wash your swimsuit every day? (Please say you don't wear it for several days in a row without laundering it).

If you feel you need the support of an all in one swimsuit under your clothes there are garments of underwear that are specially made that look like this, but are manufactured from more suitable materials that will be healthier for you all round. Check out the lingerie department at your local department store.

A bathing suit is not usually made of the most breathable material and may eventually cause some irritation from heat rash or something. You should definitely not wear it all day if it is damp, it can cause a yeast infection.

Don't quite understand your question. If you have been swimming and the bathing suit is damp you should change into regular clothing when you return from pool or beach. A damp bathing suit is a breeding ground for bacteria and can cause a vaginal infection.

Erm, I have been known to wear a bikini top as a bra on a few occassions. But I wouldt reccommend wearing a complete bathing suit all day every day. Especially not at night!

I think it's fine,if it's more comfortable (as long as it's dry). But i would suggest a 2 piece under clothes, though, just in case you have to pee:p.

I wouldnt do the same. Since it has more elastic them most under garments, it is more likely to cause a rash do to the chaffing.

CHAFFING BAD!

What do you think the contraindications are?
I see nothing wrong with what you are doing - especially considering that outerwear has become so very 'bulky' now.
