No---I would pick seeing him over seeing the 40 something year old man I used to see in a residential neighborhood around me that would jog wearing NOTHING but a black satin lace teddy that barely sat on his hips, black silk panties and high heels. And in the WINTER. Just jog casually like there was nothing odd. Everyday.

You must live in Atlanta...That's normal, we have a band leader (male) that wears a Majorette outfit on Peachtree Street. (Major Atl road) He has the white boots with pom poms on them, a hat, and a baton, marching.
