Honestly, I think it depends on the what the tattoo is. Some come across is being cool and or personality defining - others do the exact opposite.

Depends on where and what it is :p
I don't have a bad impression of them, but I think that a bunch of tattoos are a bit excessive. Then again, not all will agree with this.
I don't think tattoos make someone cool. Its their overall demeanor and character that makes them cool.

Same as someone without them.I know instantly whether I'm going to like someone or not,regardless of tatoos,peircing or anything else.I have 2 tattoos,my b/friend has 1 and my eldest daughter (aged 23) has 3.The first one I did myself when I was about 11,the 2nd I had done at the same time as my daughter had her first.She had hers for her 17th birthday.What about you,what's your first impression?

First off I love tattoos, I think people that have them are unique and aren't afraid to show their individualism.

That they are cool and interesting. I'd probably want to inspect the tattoos and see all the different designs.

IWhen I see other people with tattoos, I see them as interesting and open minded.

It really depends on what the tattoo is...If it is some big huge skull I might think they belong to a motorcycle gang..If it is a cute little tweety bird, they may just like cutesie stuff...It doesnt mean anything bad to have a tattoo...Some people just really like them and get lots! I have 3...Tweety (cutesie) and 2 Red Sox..(crazy fan)..lol...

My first impression is that maybe we could get along. I have tatoos, too. and they're great for starting conversations.
