Open the cover and see if there are instructions inside it for clearing the Power On/BIOS password. Usually you have to move a jumper or change a switch. If not, check the Packard Bell site for the information.

lol, between me and you all you have to do is remove the case and remove the battery for about ten minutes and the place everything back where it belongs boot and now try. good luck this is only good for bootup passwords.

Or.........F1, or DELETE as SOON as you press the power button on. This will take you to the BIOS Setup Utility. Change your password, or remove it.
