The best deals are to London, by far. The fares begin to drop after Labor Day and are at their lowest during the winter months, beginning to increase after March.

I don't know that there is any cheap city in Europe, especially if you're spending US dollars. I'd look into Madrid or Athens. The cheapest time to travel is the winter when most of the tourists are back at work.

It depends if you want to fly a low cost airline,The South of France is nice, but crowded in the Summer.

It's not summer for sure!! Just a ticket to bosnia is 1,300 for me this summer. I went durnig last winter, and the ticket was $700. .So there is ur answer.
