Depends. The ribs have to be Bar-B-Qed just right and the sauce has to be outstanding for them to be really good. Steaks are easier to prepare even if they're marinated. So, I'd go for the ribs if they're done right otherwise the steak.

Rack of Ribs, though it depends on the circumstances of where I am at at the time , like if I am out with a date the steak is my choice, quick meal cheeseburgers.
