I do, and ideaology. Or really a stagnation of that ideaology. See we've ran into quite a interesting situation. Not too long ago a generation of people thought it best to seperate their childern (for the sake of prosperity mind you) from there folks. An inocent idea and full of romance but in the end very foolhearted for us human beings. You know the whole move to the big city, go to colleage, become something for the family. Not a new idea mind you there was a time when we all spoke of the father country... Unfornatune the very nature of family doesn't really allow for people to seperate their purpose from that family. I mean its all well and good when you've got a name, but as you can see in your own life any name well do you, unless of course Bill Gates, or Paris Hilton. But then we've came to a point were the individual, not the family is celebrated. No one really cares were you've came from, we all understand quite subconciously now, and almost wise, that it doesn't matter. Its a good way to get past discrimanation, false pride, and arrogance. But at the sametime we don't requinize within each other the unique history we have, because quite frankly, no one does it for us. We've became unspecial, ordinary, ununique, and pretty perdictiable. This is not good. Even frecks, don't really hold surprise for us. That in the end were all waiting for something special to happen, it is we just don't see it in each other any more because no one taught us, and no one taught them. You understand its the contiuation of the old manifest destiny, the old foolish ideal of living for yourself, its perversed us, its scar our childern, and destroied alot of hope and faith. Family is our identy, it is the creator of our individuality, it is the giver of our purpose, and the lost of that import intense ideal, has forced us not to see it in each other. Nothing special in our way of thinking anymore, we've lost purpose, we've lost alot of new direction. But change is a natural thing, the people of my generation are not all so incline to believe everything thrown at them. And wise enough from having to do it themselves, in the most populatited time in human history. Were growing up quicker, lets just hope its quick enough....
