At least seven out of the twelve answers about a man's penile problem coming from women speaks volumes, doesn't it ! Most of them are right in suggesting you visit a GUM clinic, but just how small cuts are a symptom of A.I.D.S. leaves a lot to be desired in the medical knowledge area so I'd ignore that bit of dubiousness ! ! !

If you have not done anything silly such as catch your penis in your pants zipper (OUCH), then you must see your physician. You MAY have contracted a sexually transmitted disease such as genital herpes. If so, you will need to take medication that only your physician can prescribe. You may have contracted an STD that is medically treatable, then gone, or possibly a life long consequence of unprotected sex. You may also want to discuss with your partner these "cuts". Ask your partner point blank if she has any known STD's. Also depending on what the "cuts" really are, if it is an STD, then BOTH YOU and YOUR partner will need to be treated.
Good Luck! And hopefully its something curable. Who knows, maybe its nothing, but it definelty is in your best interest to have a doctor look at it.
(Remember--USE A CONDOM EVERY TIME!!!!)

A friend of mine got cut on the penis during intercourse and had to go to the hospital for treatment the doctor told him that it was
probably cut by a pubic hair being caught around his glans.
It would probably help if you used a condom or stopped having sex for a while if there is no improvement see your doctor. But I don't think you have a serious disease so stop worrying.

It depends how they developed. if they appeared after sex, you may have just plainly cut your penis or torn it . but if they 'developed' you need to see your GP. It hurts when your erect because the skin is stretched, like stretching your skin anywhere where there is a cut, it'll hurt, and during sex your causing friction and introducing moisture, irritating the area, so don't have sex until they have cleared up!

It is either dermatitis, thrush or herpes. Go see a sexual health clinic and DO NOT engage in sexual activity until you've been treated.
Also, in future, always, always, always, wear a condom. Your sexual health is not worth the risk of unsafe sex.
It is probably just dermatitis or thrush. You must be checked out and ask for a full screening - including HIV and Chlamydia.
And to "Super.wisdom".......For the love of bacon fat, go educate yourself. YOU could have HIV and not even know it. There is no excuse for ignorance when it comes to sexual health. If you are grown up enough to have sex, then you are grown up enough to go to the doctor when needed and to understand the risks.
"Superwisdom, indeed"

Consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Doesn't sound at all like aids to me, but see your doctor for a diagnosis. Good luck.

Penis caught in zipper?
Treat like any other cuts, keep clean, dry, away from irritants/activity (lotion, zippers, sex), don't worry unless they return.
You are at risk for contagions while the cuts are open. Avoid sex with strangers for now for sure.

Genital herpes start out like little cuts and even feels like little cuts. My female patients have always came in saying they have little cuts on there vagina and it was always genital herpes. Go get them checked with a culture so you will be 100% sure what they are.

Unless you've had unprotected sex, or your parents have it, don't worry about AIDS.
Maybe you need to lube it up some more!
