My wife and I went to Vegas for our Honeymoon when we were both 21. The only time we got carded is when we were cashing out at Casinos. But to be safe you really should keep her beverage consuming to the room, or put it in an unassuming cup and make sure she doesn't get to the point where she is noticably impaired. If she gets drunk out there then it doesn't matter what type of cup she is drinking out of. Be careful, be smart, have a good time....
Wife and I will be there over the July 4th week. If you are there then you can have a drink with us and your wife can have a Shirley Temple. VEGAS BABY!

Please listen to all these answers. The police in Las Vegas are very strict about underage drinking and gambling. You could be arrested for giving alcohol to your wife. A casino could lose it's gaming license for allowing underage drinking. Sometimes people think that you can get away with whatever you want in Las Vegas, but that is not true. The law is very strict here and is practiced that way, whether we like it or not.

No. The law is you must be 21 to drink alcohol - no exceptions. Also, even if she was, alcohol and Las Vegas do not mix very well because much judgment and restraint is required to even be in Las Vegas. Alcohol impairs judgment. Stay away from it even if you're not in Vegas because drinking is stupid. Have a soda or water.

Uh...no...the LEGAL drinking age is 21...just being with someone who is of age makes NO difference what-so-ever (if it did, people over 21 would be REALLY popular with teenagers)...
Bars, restaurants and wait-staff can get into MAJOR trouble for serving someone under-age..not only loosing their jobs but may go to jail...people don't seem to think about that...
Vegas is still part of the USA...and the legal age for alcohol consumption is 21 years old in America...period...

Here's the deal. I live in Ohio and our laws are that your legal guardian may give it to you so long as you do not leave the sight of the legal guardian.
That's state law. My parent's used to do it when I was younger. I got married at 17 and my husband then bought it for me, out in public at restraunts etc.
It is very much legal for you to do that--IN OHIO. I do not know the laws for it in Vegas though. You should check into that.
Have fun. We will be there the week of the fourth. I CANT WAIT!!!!!!

No she cannot. It is illegal for minors to drink any where in the U.S. If you serve her alcohol and get caught (even though she is your wife) you will pay a hefty fine, and or get some jail time.
If you think you can get away with it, good luck.

There are 2 rules of thumb for this...
1) It's only illegal if you get caught.
2) What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.
