When first I saw you it did seem
As though a dream within a dream,
And my heart then felt so sure
That Hamza would be evermore.
And even in my dreams he flies
Through the pathways of my mind.
So constant are my thoughts you
Our love so blossoms kind and true.

~ That Day ~
That day we met,
I knew I had found something special.
Your smile, warmth among my soul.
That day we met,
Your soft whispers, simmered my every worry.
That day we met,
Your gentle touch, soothed my every doubt and cry
That day we met,
Was full of happiness and light
To find my shining star, in the night sky
That day we met,
Like a magical dream, I still remain asleep.
That day we met,
Was the start of a beautiful journey,
And on every twist, turn and meander,
Remember, how much I love you Hamza!
This was the best I could do, right now. I know its not that great but I tried my best! Anyway...Wishing you the best of luck for you and Hamza!
Take Care!

Hi Aleena
Instead of asking someone to write a piece of poetry for you, why don't you take a famous love poem and change it a bit to make it appropriate for you and Hamza?
I was thinking of something, like, Elizabeth Barrat Browning's poem: "How Do I love Thee, Let me Count the Ways"
You could change the first line to "How Do I love thee, Hamza, let me count the ways"
Find the full poem on the webb - just ask for the first 10 words above and give the name of the poet - Elizabeth Barrat Browning.
It may be a bit of plagiarism, but it will be something you have written for him yourself. (with a little help from EBB)

Hamza, you are my dream
stronger than all my dreams,
my touchstone, my poem,
my comfort and delight,
Hamzah.
