How do we get "the people we do not speek of" under control. I am really tired of seeing "the people we do not speek of" potrayed as normal everyday people and heros in movies and TV. Everytime I watch TV, there is allways a token "the people we do not speek of", potrayed as being smarter or richer than the white guy. Anyway are you tired of seeing this foolishness from the media about "the people we do not speek of"? Do any of you really think the "the people we do not speek of" could be stock brokers and "good" lawyers. Do you think "the people we do not speek of" should stick to custodial and ditch digging jobs?

I'm taking it as you mean black people. We are just like everyone else. You do not understand black people and why some of them behave in a negative manner. I'm a black woman, do not fit racial descriptions, and my IQ is over 130, I know I've had it tested recently. Aside from that there are many of us with good jobs that we are capable of holding, my cousins are millionares, one is a prominent member on the Board of Education in the city I reside in, some are doctors, I, on the other hand am an artist, I work in IT and am an aspiring writer. You need to get a grip on reality. There are many black movie producers and magazine reporters that are glad to show the positive side of the black community. Don't be so close minded. You have an ancient and outdated mentality, you are what holds America in the past, you and your type. Get over it.

Here's the deal about TV shows. Any advertising salesman knows the numbers, and that's always the 'bottom line' ...Black People watch a lot of television and they will watch shows they like, right? They are a powerful bloc of consumers, make no mistake. Any show that is guaranteed to attract the Black audience share is also guaranteed to sell advertising, which is the chief supporter of Television in America.
