Black Hat ... annoying people who actively attempt to access your systems and do things to them.

White Hat ... annoying people who actively attempt to access your systems to see if they can.

Script Kiddies ... annoying people who can't be bothered learning how to do it themselves, and run programs (Scripts) to do it for them. (Note: The hacking community in general despises SK's.) SK's can be "White" or "Black".

As a side note, most Techs and a good many programmers can technically be classified as hackers. Especially those employed in IT departments of mid-sized and larger companies, or government departments.

Are you referring to level one , two of three or unauthorised access (hacking). I studies computing to A level and this is was on the year guide:

Level one

Gaining unauthorised access with no intent , for example guessing a users password.

Level two

Gaining access with intent , to gain access to protected data for self benefit.

Level three

Gaining access with intent to alter the data contained. For example gaining access to a online gambling system and altering the outcome to help you win. This can also included the sending of viruses.

I hope this helps

Phishing, scamming, security systems hacking, pharming are the only ones I know of. Try to use Wikipedia or search the Web for more answers.
