The Websites are all fake. But Santa Claus do exists. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion. Ask your baby cousin to be good and one day she will get to meet Santa Claus in her dream.

Claus.com is a pretty nice website to visit. Can e-mail Santa, do a sing-a-long (karaoke), call Santa (though there is a fee), get recipes from Mrs. Claus kitchen, learn of some christmas traditions, play elf school games and get diplomas for each game, etc. You can even get an elf buddy who'll e-mail you on a weekly basis
Santa's Net is another good site, though it's aimed more towards learning about Christmas traditions, songs, and recipes. However, it does include an e-mail feature that will let you e-mail Santa.
Santa Claus and Christmas at the North Pole is kinda more similar to Claus.com than Santa's Net. There's Christmas karaoke, a Disco Dancing Santa (you select the way Santa dances, the music, and the enviroment), stories to read, a post office for mailing Santa, recipes out of Mrs. Claus's cookbook, etc.
Santa's Home Page let's you learn some traditions, songs, and recipes, pretty much like Santa's Net. But you can also have a snowball fight via e-mail, learn about the physics of Santa's Christmas Eve ride, and e-mail Santa.
Virtual Christmas.com largely gives you arts and crafts along with some stories and songs. It also let's you e-mail Santa and check out weather.
There's SantaSearch, which gives you info on some Christmas traditions, as well as three other holidays. You can also get some crafts, read Santa's journal, e-mail Santa (starting November 22 this year, though the feature is up all year without allowing you to e-mail just yet), and learn the lyrics to a great many Christmas songs.
And, of course, there is NORAD's Santa Tracker. The actual tracker is down until Christmas Eve (get some pretty nice 3D images of where Santa has been and such that night), but you can still E-mail Santa, see last years tracking vids, learn about Santa, and learn about NORAD's Santa Tracker and the history of NORAD's tracking Santa.
