I cannot stand Ann Curry. She is so aggravating! She tries way too hard to be the center of attention on the show. Every male celebrity that appears on the show, Ann is ALL over. She’s always talking about how hot he is, how good looking he is, look at his body! blah blah blah, She over talks everyone on the show, including Matt, Al, and Meredith. Ann Curry needs to stick to the news. She is good at delivering news, I'll give her that much. But she does not need to be in the segments. I normally watch the Today show in the mornings while getting ready for work. 99% of the time, when Ann is in a segment I turn down the TV until she is off the screen. Does Ann Curry drive anyone else crazy??

ConsentPete-- I did see the show when Bindy and her mom were interviewing. Ann did sound rude and disrespectful! I cannot believe your dad thinks she hot!... eww

I totally agree! Thanks for posting this and that's why I starred you!
Did you see the recent interview with the "Crocodile Hunter's" daughter and wife. Ann Curry talked about how looks like she's basically at peace. Then the little girl talked about her dad. Ann Curry said, "I wasn't talking about your dad, I was talking about..." It came off as so harsh and mean!!
And she tries to be such an ALARMIST!! Remember those school shootings several years back? Considering how many schools we have in the country, school shootings are VERY rare! She asked this professor about the rise in school shootings. The professor basically said there's nothing to worry about. Ann Curry goes, "But there have been 3 school shootings in the past week!"
Overall, I just hate how the news tries to pump so much fear into us and try to sensationalize everything. But she is amon the worst!!
She drives my dad crazy, but for an entirely different reason. He thinks she's hot.

i admire Ann Curry. i think of she's a great interviewer. i think of you're are misconstruing her intentions. She needs to furnish an impression that she's paying finished interest to you (the guy she's speaking to)

Actually, I think she got shafted when they hired Meredith to replace Katie.
I only find Ann annoying when she does the "too serious" face, waiting for an interviewee to answer.

I don't really dislike her (as I don't no know her personally), but she puts way too much emotion into her news stories... As though she were trying to convince her audience of something or trying to persuade everyone to think as she does. In this line of work... irresponsible.
