Yes - do realise that the numbers are there to replace the letters A and E, as in Layer Cake.

It's supposed to stylistically resemble the numbers and letters of a car number plate. Some of the advertising featured a car that was in the film. The title is officially spelled without the numbers.

i dont think it has any signifigance....maybe its a clue to the main characters name(played by daniel craig)??he isn't named in the movie or credits!!!!
