Lose someone we love by death.

A broken heart from someone that violated that trust (they cheated on you); and the sudden death of a child or a spouse (in an accident). The commonality found in these two examples are the feeling of helplessness, the finality of it, and the going from one extreme to another in a short time. That's what hurts the most!
