I fell asleep on the last 15 minutes of the final episode. I tried to watch the replay on vh1.com, but it cuts off right after Dustin's rant.

At the final weigh in Ant specifically said that they would've won even without a 4th (i.e. Dustin) team mate LOL!!
IMO, Dustin shouldn't get any part of the prize. But, I'm sure contractually he's entitled to it. It's not even worth the legal hassle.
