Are there only two choices in the war in Iraq?

In the media I keep hearing people argue about either pulling out the troops, or staying in Iraq.

But there are other choices. The best I've heard comes form Sen. Joe Biden. But no one seems to know anything about it.

Have you heard of Biden's plan? What do you think of it?
